01 // THE SERVICE
"Dan Tash" provides a forensic copywriting analysis ("The Redline") of a client-submitted URL. This is an audit service, not an implementation service. The deliverable is a PDF document containing markup, commentary, and strategic advice.
02 // THE "LOGIC GATE" GUARANTEE
The Claim: We guarantee to identify at least $2,250 in "Revenue Leaks" or "Conversion Opportunities."
The Metric: A "Revenue Leak" is defined as a logical error, friction point, or copy weakness that, based on industry standard conversion benchmarks, negatively impacts revenue potential.
The Execution: If we cannot identify errors that effectively inhibit $2,250 worth of potential value (calculated as a 3x multiple of the $750 fee), we will issue a full refund immediately.
Discretion: The determination of "Revenue Leaks" is based on the professional expertise and forensic methodology of Dan Tash.
03 // TURNAROUND TIME
The "48-Hour Turnaround" refers to business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. While we aim for speed, force majeure events (illness, internet outages) may cause slight delays.
04 // NO EARNINGS PROMISE
While we guarantee to identify errors, we cannot guarantee that fixing them will result in immediate cash in the bank. Marketing involves variables outside our control (traffic quality, product-market fit, economic conditions). You acknowledge that implementation of the advice is your responsibility.
05 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Your Rights: You own the resulting Redline PDF and may use the specific copy suggestions freely.
- Our Rights: We retain the intellectual property rights to the methodology, frameworks, and format used in the audit.
06 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Dan Tash be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advice. Our total liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the service ($750).
