1. Scope of Forensic Audit

By submitting your URL, you grant DanTash permission to perform a non-invasive technical inspection of your public-facing tracking pixels, lead forms, and site speed metrics. This audit is for diagnostic purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract for implementation services.

2. Professional Accuracy

While we strive for 100% mathematical precision in our forensic video teardowns, our estimates of "signal loss" are based on industry benchmarks for Safari ITP and ad-blocker usage. Actual results may vary based on your specific traffic composition.

3. Intellectual Property

The custom server-side diagrams, architectural strategies, and forensic techniques presented in our video teardowns are the intellectual property of DanTash. Unauthorized distribution of these recorded audits is prohibited.

4. Ethical Conduct

We reserve the right to decline audit requests for industries or websites that violate our internal ethical standards (e.g., predatory lending, explicit content, or deceptive marketing practices).

5. Limitation of Liability

DanTash is not liable for any changes in ad performance or Quality Score during the diagnostic phase. Implementation of our server-side infrastructure is a separate engagement governed by an individual Statement of Work (SOW).
